With every day comes more news on the green house effect, climate change and the fact that our fossil fuels are going up in cost.

What can we do about it?

At Aquaheat we can not stop this but we can help, our systems that we design and install are energy efficient and can be linked together with :-

Solar Hot Water System

Solar panels harness the power in both direct and diffused sunlight, converting the energy into heat, to produce hot water for the home. The solar panels have been designed to complement existing heating systems which use a store of hot water in a cylinder .A typical well-sized solar panel system should provide around 50-70% of the domestic hot water requirements of a home.

We fit two types of solar collector

  1. Evacuated tubes which are the rows of tubes you see sitting on top of the tiles on roofs. Very efficient and the way a lot of people want to go.
  2. Integrated flat plate collector. These when installed within the roof tiled structure look as if they are skylights. We prefer them to on roof collectors, which sit above the roof tiles. Still very efficient and possibly our favourite.
